Mr. Sneider is a founding partner and CEO of Primestor Development, Inc. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions, project conceptual design, financing, and corporate management. With a strong focus in largely underserved urban communities and under his direction, Primestor's diverse portfolio has maintained an approximate 95% occupancy rate in approximately eighty projects. Mr. Sneider was nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year in 1997 by Hispanic Business Magazine and has had extensive written and televised press about him and his work.
Leandro Tyberg COO / President & Co-Founder
Mr. Tyberg is a founding partner of Primestor Development, Inc. His primary responsibilities include oversight of Property Management, Operations, Development and Construction Management, and corporate management. Mr. Tyberg has been responsible for the successful development and construction of every project Primestor has been involved in, with over 500 million dollars in asset value created on over 50 projects. Prior to joining Primestor in 1993, Mr. Tyberg was a student at Boston University, Lorenzo de' Medici College in Florence, Italy, and the American International School of Florence.
Mr. Araki is responsible for Primestor’s Investment and Capital Market activities in the US. He joined Primestor in April 2011, has over 22 years of real estate investment experience, and has participated in structuring over $3 billion of transactions over the course of the last 15 years. Prior to joining Primestor, he was Managing Director with Metzler North America, Managing Director with CBRE Investors, and Vice President of Acquisitions for Prudential Real Estate Investors in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. Mr. Araki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Mr. Rosengarten serves as Primestor's Director of Accounting and has 25 years of experience in general management and finance across multiple industries including commercial and residential development and shopping center management. At Westfield, Marc's significant contribution to the M&A team resulted in the gainful purchase of the Centermark Properties portfolio of 27 malls. Throughout his career, Marc has continued to reengineer companies for success through a combination of systems, people and processes. His overall understanding of finance, operations and IT, has yielded higher standards of reporting for senior management, operations and finance. Marc graduated from UCLA with bachelors in Business/Economics.
