ARTURO SNEIDER, SCLS, PARTNER
Mr. Sneider is a founding partner of Primestor Development, Inc. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions, project conceptual design, financing, and corporate management. With a strong focus in largely underserved urban communities and under his direction, Primestor's diverse portfolio has maintained an approximate 95% occupancy rate in approximately eighty projects. Mr. Sneider was nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year in 1997 by Hispanic Business Magazine and has had extensive written and televised press about him and his work. As the winner of the Latin Business Association's "2002 Business of the Year Award" and the 2005 Los Angeles Minority Construction Firm of the Year, Primestor has consistently been on the top 500 Hispanic Business list as well as on the 2005 and 2006 "100 Fastest Growing Companies" list. In 2008 he was recognized as the "Person to Watch" by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal and with the HUB Cities Business Leadership Award and in 2009 with the S.E.A. Business Pioneer Award. Primestor is currently working on several million square feet of development in diverse Minority markets and presently oversees and manages a portfolio of approximately 450 million dollars.
Mr. Sneider is the President of the Los Angeles County Capital Asset Leasing Corporation, serves on the Board of Alternative Living for the Aging and EXPO Center of Los Angeles; was a founding member of the Downtown Property Owner's Association and the Wilshire Center Business Improvement District. He has served as an advisor to the City of Los Angeles' Economic Development Department and is currently working on major revitalization projects in Los Angeles and Chicago. He is a sought after speaker and has recently been a panelist for Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE), Lusk Center for Real Estate at USC and the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED).

LEANDRO TYBERG, PARTNER
Mr. Tyberg is a founding partner of Primestor Development Inc, and is responsible for all execution-related duties such as feasibility, design, plan creation, and construction of Primestor's assets. Mr. Tyberg has been responsible for the successful construction and development of over 500 million dollars in assets and is currently managing the development and construction of 300 million dollars in projects.
Prior to joining Primestor in 1993, Mr. Tyberg was a student at Boston University, Lorenzo de' Medici College in Florence, Italy, and the American International School of Florence. Mr. Tyberg serves on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Rio Vista Family Y.M.C.A., and the Valley Economic Development Corporation.

ENRIQUE LEGASPI
Enrique Legaspi brings 19 years of retail experience to Primestor. Mr. Legaspi has been involved in all aspects of the ownership of shopping centers, their operations, underwriting, development and re-development. Since 1998, he has participated in the growth of the institutional shopping center REIT's in California and 5 other western states, in the role of asset manager, and operations officer with direct oversight of leasing, property management, construction and the legal departments. With his institutional skill set he has been successful in delivering consistent overall asset performance of over 14 Million square feet of leasable space, an NOI responsibility of $145M in the traditional trade retail markets and in the fast growing and desirable Hispanic niche-market.
In this role as the Regional Chief Operations Officer for two of the largest REIT's in the world – Regency Centers and Centro Properties Group he has enhanced development, operational, marketing and leasing strategies in traditional and Hispanic oriented shopping centers to create and/or increase their value.
Mr. Legaspi has been involved or led efforts to re-position assets by anchoring each with Target, Gigante, Northgate, Gelsons, Ranch 99 Grocery Store, Trader Joe's, Henry's Marketplace, Whole Foods, Kohl's Dept. Store, Vons and Albertsons.
Mr. Legaspi introduced two of the strongest Mexican retailers to Southern California – Grupo Gigante and FAMSA. He has also been influential in introducing traditional retailers to the Hispanic marketplace as well as identifying opportunities for Hispanic oriented anchor tenant operators to find spaces to expand their operations. This effort has fashioned re-development opportunities for added value projects, and enhanced asset yield performance and NOI growth.
Enrique is an enthusiastic supporter of education and is an active donor in providing college education opportunities.
VANESSA DELGADO
Ms. Delgado is responsible for managing Primestor West Coast projects through the development cycle, community and government relations and marketing. Prior to joining Primestor, Ms. Delgado consulted for a number of public and private clients, including the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles. She also worked in redevelopment for the cities of Anaheim, Downey, and Pico Rivera. Ms. Delgado received her undergraduate education at Stanford University and completed a Masters of Public Administration at the University of Southern California (USC). She received additional training in Real Estate Finance and Development at UCLA and through the Ross Program at the Lusk Center at USC. Ms. Delgado currently serves as a Commissioner for the Small Craft Harbor (Marina del Rey) representing LA County Board Member Gloria Molina.
ERIC SALCIDO
Eric Salcido is a real estate investment professional with ten years of experience in the Southern California and Chicago markets. His most recent position has been as Primestor Development's Director of Development for the Mid-West, where he oversaw the development of a 450,000 sf Target anchored center, and the public subsidy financing of a 40-acre mixed-use site in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors. His prior position was as asset manager in which he underwrote the acquisition and repositioning of an 85,000 sf Kmart anchored center in partnership with CBRE Investors. Prior to joining Primestor, Eric was a lender with Wells Fargo for three years in Los Angeles, handling a commercial real estate portfolio of $500 million. Eric's specialty is combining institutional level underwriting and tax increment & credit finance with real-world experience in construction and architectural design. A native of Southern California, Eric holds a MBA in real estate finance from UCLA and a Bachelors of Architecture from UC Berkeley. Eric is a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council, and is active in ULI, serving on The Preservation Compact, a housing preservation fund in partnership with the MacArthur Foundation.
MARIO TORRES
As the Asset Manager , Mr. Torres has the responsibility of managing Primestor's property portfolio, including creating and implementing asset management policies. He is involved in the acquisition process to ensure efficient asset transitions into property management. Mr. Torres oversees the administration of each project to ensure that all properties maintain a strong financial position, comply with contractual, regulatory and statutory requirements, and complete all internal and external reporting requirements in an accurate and timely manner.
Mr. Torres obtained his graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management in June of 2006 with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies and Real Estate at Anderson. He received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Monterrey, in 1999.
MARC ROSENGARTEN
Marc has 25 years of experience in general management and finance across multiple industries including commercial and residential development and shopping center management. At Westfield, Marc's significant contribution to the M&A team resulted in the gainful purchase of the Centermark Properties portfolio of 27 malls. Westfield has continually attempted to maintain the standard of quality reporting as implemented by Marc throughout operations, finance and the property management group.
Marc has led turnarounds, taking companies from private to public, working closely with the investment community. Throughout his career, Marc has continued to reengineer companies for success through a combination of systems, people and processes. His overall understanding of finance, operations and IT, has yielded higher standards of reporting for senior management, operations and finance.
Marc graduated from UCLA with a bachelors in Business/Economics.
