Working with the community and the Los Angeles County Water Quality Control Board, Primestor took an abandoned gas station and created a showcase project in the City of Bell. Located in the City's main intersection, the project incorporates elephant grey slate tile, smooth hand-trowelled stucco and clay roof tiles.Completed in 2002, the total square footage is only 3,500 but shows the company's dedication to dealing with environmental issues and making each project unique-no matter the size.
