Sherwood Village was built on a two-acre site in Van Nuys, California in 2001. National credit tenants such as Kragen Auto Auto Parts, Blockbuster Video, Mc Donald's, Kentucky Fried Chicked, Quiznos, among others, make up the 27,000 square foot center.Design features on the property emulate Mediterranean motifs and are combined with lush landscaping, stamped concrete, 40-foot Date palms and other aesthetic amenities. The project included extensive off-site improvements to positively impact the economic development of this community.
