Paseo Sepulveda is a six (6) acre project located on one of the most traveled intersections of the San Fernando Valley. Designed in Mediterranean-style architecture, the 73,000 square foot project area holds national credit tenants such as Walgreen's, AJ Wright (a TJX Company), Starbucks, Panda Express, Coldstone, Wendy's, Subway, HSBC, Tacos Don Chente, Bank of America and EB Games. While working closely with the City of Los Angeles and the Community, Primestor designed a one-of-a-kind public art project memorializing Mexican artists such as Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo. Portraits of the artists have been cast in Byzantine glass mosaic and were paired with stamped concrete featuring pre-Columbian motifs.
