Paradise Plaza is an existing shopping center of 189,000 square feet that has been recently redeveloped with fa?ade improvements and landscaping. Also, tree (3)  new buildings have been incorporated into the shopping center. In partnership with CBREI, Primestor completed a Walgreens drive-thru pharmacy, U.S. Bank drive-thru and one (1) new pad for a total of 21,550 square feet of new construction.
