Plaza Pacoima, in partnership with Prudential, and CRA/LA, is a catalytic project expected to spur economic development in the North East San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. With over 28 acres of planned development, including Lowe's Home Improvement Store, this highly anticipated project anchored by Costco Wholesale and Best Buy, is sought after by national-credit tenants and includes the active cooperation of Community stakeholders.
