Primestor Development, Inc. purchased the Palm Glen Shopping Center, a ±175,686 square foot community center configured for multi-tenant retail use. This value add opportunity is anchored by a Food City grocery store; other national tenants include Wells Fargo, Dollar Tree, Aaron Rents, Little Caesart’s Pizza and Title Max. The center is currently 86.2% occupied. Palm Glen Shopping Center has excellent visibility along both Glendale Ave. and 35th Ave. and offers five means of ingress/egress: two along 35th Ave. and three along Glendale Ave.

azalea Grand Opening Video

What a great opening celebration!  We were excited by such a great outpouring of support from the community, and honored to have been able to bring this event to the City of South Gate. We would like to thank the City of South Gate, it's staff, and local leadership for the support in helping bring this development to fruition, and would like to give special thanks to Senator Ricardo Lara for his continued support in bringing services and resources to our community.  

The event was put forth to bring the community together and help us celebrate azalea, and brands and services that it will offer to South Gate and the surrounding Southeast Los Angeles area. Primestor is very proud of the opportunity to be part of this community, and are humbled by the support that we have received. We will continue to bring community events to the center, and hope that you will be able to attend them as our guest.
