(PDI) was established in March of 1999 to become the administrative and development arm of Primestor Properties and related entities, a twenty-five (25) year family-owned business. Primestor was recently named Small Latino Business of the year 2010 by the Los Angeles Business Journal, Primestor Development Inc.'s expertise with assets under management, development and construction has been exemplified in its 25 year history.

Primestor team members have acquired an extensive amount of experience in all aspects of the Real Estate industry with an emphasis in urban markets and the Hispanic Community. Primestor currently manages 2,600,000 square feet on over 4,220,000 square feet of land. The firm oversees a portfolio in excess of $450 MM. Primestor has a diverse Real Estate portfolio; including residential units, office buildings, community retail centers, industrial properties, and open space.

Primestor was awarded the Los Angeles Business Journal's Latino Small Business Award in 2010, the Community Pioneer Award by S.E.A. in 2009, the Business Leadership Award by HUB Cities Consortium in 2008, the Alternative Living for the Aging Award in June 2008, the City of Los Angeles' Minority Construction Firm of the Year Award for 2005 and the Latino Business Association's 2002 Business of the Year Award.
