Primestor was established in 1992 to become the administrative, management and development arm of a now twenty-five (25) year family-owned business. Primestor is managed day-to-day by the founders with a detailed hands-on ownership approach.

Primestor is a retail sector leader which focuses on leasing, management, development, rehabilitation and acquisitions. Its emphasis is strategically in dense, intense use urban markets handled by professional and highly committed team members. Primestor has managed hundreds of commercial properties and currently manages 2.5MM square feet, is working on over 1MM square feet of new development and oversees a portfolio in excess of $450 MM.

Primestor has most recently been awarded the Los Angeles Business Journal's Minority Business of the Year 2010, Community Pioneer Award by S.E.A. in 2009, Business Leadership Award by HUB Cities Consortium in 2008, Developer of the Year by Alternative Living for the Aging in June 2008, City of Los Angeles' Minority Construction Firm of the Year Award for 2005 and honored by the Latino Business Association's 2002 Business of the Year Award.
